MAHSHAHR (FEPG) -- In a bid to gauge performance levels in line with the Organizational Capability Development Evaluation Model, evaluators from the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group have scrutinized the operations of Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company (FEPG).
As reported by FEPG’s public relations department, the evaluation,
conducted over a three-day period from January 28 to January 30, 2024, saw the
participation of evaluators from the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries
Group within the premises of FEPG.
The assessment covered various aspects including organizational
governance, vision and strategy development, planning, competency capability,
employee satisfaction and motivation, sustainable production capability,
competitive quality and timely delivery, supply chain, operations - process
engineering and production control, engineering and technical services -
maintenance and repair, technology and engineering capability towards
sustainable development, productivity advantage, income and cost management in
the value chain, social responsibility, energy management, and information
security and networks.
These criteria, based on the performance management and capability
development guidelines for subsidiary companies of the Persian Gulf
Petrochemical Industries Group, were meticulously examined by evaluation teams
to ensure alignment with the group's objectives. Identified areas for
improvement were highlighted to enhance organizational capabilities in line
with the set objectives.
The Capability Development Guidelines (PCSR) of the Persian Gulf
Petrochemical Industries Group aim to ensure the alignment of subsidiary
companies with the group's objectives, strategies, and the development of
organizational capabilities commensurate with the group's goals.
These guidelines have been formulated and communicated with the
objective of achieving harmony and synergy among the subsidiary companies of
the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group, as well as the development of
organizational capabilities tailored to the group's objectives.
