According to PR, on the basis of Extraordinary General Assembly, dated on July 22nd, 2019, the name of Fajr Petrochemical Company was changed and the related subject in the article of association was edited.
It should be noted that Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company is responsible for utilities supply for petrochemical industries located in PET. ZONE. Utilities supply include supply & distribution of electricity, steam, industrial water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, producing & distributing of Oxygen, Nitrogen and industrial air.
