PR of Fajr Petrochemical Company: Cultural Council which has been established with
the centrality of the complex manager consisting of members from affairs,
departments and organizational units since last summer (2018), plans to create
the right beliefs of the company in the minds of the employees and lead the
company in all aspects of management such as customer - centric strategy , profitability,
responsibility and individual excellence in coordination with the managers and
the staff in endogenous manner in long – term attitude.
Conversing and

to predict the accurate operational methods for the future of the company.
Based on this
report, the mentioned council that holds every two weeks regularly follows long
– term and short – term goals such as the influence of the employees’ families
and society as there is a tight relation between internal and external
activities in the company.
