The bank of Zangi Estuary located in PET Zone had been cleaned by some of Petrochemical Company managers in symbolic action accompanied by the members of Clean Energy Watch Association of Fajr Petrochemical Company.

in collaboration with some of the managers, employees and workers of Fajr
Petrochemical Company cleaned the Northern and Southern banks of Zangi Estuary located
in the north of Khuzestan Petrochemical Company with the aim of modelling and
attracting people and authorities’ attention in order to protect the
environment and to manage household and industrial waste better. As said by
this report, there were about 50 people who participated in this event. The head
of Environmental Protection Agency of Mahshahr, HSE departments of PET Zone and
Bouali Petrochemical Company collected household and industrial waste there.
It is said that Clean Energy Watch Association, with the
Registration Number 151, is a Non – governmental Organization which established
in 2013 supported by Fajr Petrochemical Company, works on raising awareness on
the environment.
