The Executive Board meeting of Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company was held yesterday with the CEO in attendance, reviewing the company's performance across various sectors during the month of Aban (November 2025). In this meeting, the maintenance department's report was presented, announcing that 4,972 work orders were issued during Aban (November), with over 85% of them completed. Preventive and emergency maintenance indicators, as well as operational trends, were also analytically reviewed.
In the safety section, board members emphasized the necessity of controlling human errors, particularly in the scaffolding sector, and stressed the continuation of preventive measures and the strengthening of operational discipline.
Referring to new strategic directions, the CEO highlighted the streamlining of processes, strengthening organizational empathy, creating value for the "Bfajr" share, accelerating the collection of receivables, and enhancing the performance of key units as management priorities.
Furthermore, improving the quality of employee welfare services was addressed and emphasized by the management.
