Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Co has achieved fourth place in employee satisfaction and participation rates according to the annual employee satisfaction survey conducted among the production companies within the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group.
According to the Public Relations Department of Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Co, and as reported by the Public Relations of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group, the annual meeting of the Group’s human resources managers was hosted by Nouri Petrochemical Company in the holy city of Mashhad. The event was attended by Mr. Dariush Shams, Head of Human Capital at the Group, along with human resources managers from the headquarters and subsidiary companies.
During the meeting, implemented projects across the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Group—including the Compensation Project and Management Assessment Center—were reviewed. At the conclusion of the meeting, the results of the employee satisfaction survey for subsidiary companies were presented, and the top-performing companies in this area were recognized.
Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Co. recorded a noticeable increase in employee satisfaction compared to the previous year, achieving a 62% score in the evaluation, which secured its place as the fourth highest among the Group’s large and medium-sized production companies.
